Strategic Community Revitalization

Cultivating Public-Private Partnerships To Grow communities From The Inside Out

Our Vision

BC Rhode Island Group (BCRI) is a strategic community revitalization alliance specifically created to establish Public Private Partnerships within the State of Rhode Island and develop engines of legacy wealth and socio-economic advancement.

Our goal is to adopt “The Atlanta Model” of mixed use and adaptive reuse development for fostering growth within underserved urban communities. This Model was originally created by The Integral Group of Atlanta 25 years ago, and has been successfully implemented across the United States.

BCRI seeks to leverage existing partnerships and relationships with local governments and private entities to execute a non-traditional strategic approach. The vision and project design include human and community development as critical elements inspired by the Atlanta Model’s proven success.

Our Team

The BCRI team includes investors, finance executives, cultural influencers, political strategists, and non-profit directors, plus community development & redevelopment professionals with over 100 billion-dollar portfolios and backgrounds in historic revitalization.
